Our application procedure
1. You apply for a job
We consider your application carefully and will let you know within two weeks if you will be invited for an interview. Is there no job for you at the moment? Then subscribe to our Job alert, to be informed of vacancies relevant to you!
We will contact you by phone to schedule the first interview. During this phone call we can introduce ourselves.
During the first interview we get to know each other. We will discuss your CV and the skills you need for the job. In that way we discover if you are the committed professional we are looking for, and you discover if the job is what you are looking for.
4. Second interview
Do we connect? In that case we will invite you for a second interview. In this interview we discuss the work, the team and you in more detail.
5. You have been hired
Often, two interviews will be enough to get a good impression of each other. Have you passed the test? Then we will make you an offer, in terms of salary and benefits. Do you agree with our offer, and have you signed the contract? Then we can welcome you as our new colleague. Welcome to FireX!
